Sealed bids will be received until December 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. PCC reserves the right to award to one or more contractors. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with paragraph E (8) of the PCC section 3 WBE/MBE plan. PCC must receive one (1) clearly marked original and two (2) copies of the bid submittal.
