| Description | Scope: The Project includes HVAC maintenance and repair for use by the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL). The resulting contracts will allow the Technical College of the Lowcountry to purchase maintenance and repair services at the hourly rates established by vendors located within two (2) hours driving time to the TCL Beaufort and Bluffton Campuses. The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to provide HVAC maintenance, repair, replacement, upkeep, inspection, management, and improvements on both campuses specified herein for all components of: (1) All heating and cooling systems, (2) Certain ventilating systems listed or described herein, and (3) Other equipment and systems listed or described herein. |
