| Description | To establish a 3-year service contract with two 1-year options to renew to provide maintenance, repair, emergency inspections, testing and troubleshooting for electric switchgear and power systems within the Water Utilities department of the City of Denton. These services shall include predictive and preventive maintenance, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repair and/or possible replacement of electrical equipment. Goods and services under this agreement will be ordered on an as-needed basis for the term of the agreement. |
