Installation of approximately 750 linear feet of 18-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) transmission main at the Spectacle Pond Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The work includes new water main appurtenances, reconnections to existing mains, and includes installing a portion of the main underneath a 48-inch culvert.
