West Cooley and 4th Avenue Roadway Reconstruction

The work includes the reconstruction of 2,600 LF of roadway including portions of West Cooley and North 4th Ave. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization of approximately 7,500 SY of existing asphalt roadway, recycle and mixing existing asphalt millings into existing base, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, installation of new drainage culverts, installation new concrete curb and sidewalk, and other items necessary for the accomplishment of the improvement. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place within the right-of-way along portions of West Cooley from North Central Avenue to North 4th Avenue and in North 4th Avenue from West Cooley to Old Linden Road in Show Low.
