Abatement Service Contract for the 2022-2024 As-needed Property Clean Up and Securing Abatement Services Contract

The City of Fergus Falls is seeking private individuals and firms to assist the City in rectifying City Code violations on private properties and adjacent public lands. It is the goal of the City to retain the services of qualified professionals to perform these as-needed abatement services in a timely and diligent manner. Upon award of the job, the contractor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance with limits of liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate and certificate of workmen's compensation (if applicable) as well as obtain the city Demo/Hauler of Building Waste license. Contractor will enter into an agreement for furnishing the equipment, materials, and labor specified, when requested to do so by the City of Fergus Falls. Quotes shall be emailed with subject line indicating "Quotes-Abatement Services" to april.zumach@ci.fergus-falls.mn.us. The City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
