Description | The fabrication and installation of caging for the Veterinary Hospital, currently being renovated. Holding 1: •Interior Caging Front Panel, approx. 5-ft. W x 6-ft. 3-in. H, including keeper access door, approx. 2-ft. W x 6-ft. H, with a butterfly latch. •Interior Roof Panel is approx. 5-ft. W x 5-ft. 4-in. deep •Exterior Caging Front Panel, approx. 5-ft. W x 6-ft. H, including keeper access door, approx. 2-ft. W x 6-feet H, with a butterfly latch. •Exterior Caging Roof Panel, approx. 5-ft.W x 8-ft. deep •Construction Materials- All caging should be constructed of Class II Caging – HSS 1.5”x1.5” frames with 1”x1”x12.5ga., welded wire mesh or pre-approved equivalent Holding Area Requirements: •One (1) Guillotine animal transfer door, labeled “G” on the drawing (manual, cable operated), with 18”x24” door opening, constructed of 3/4” thick polypropylene. Guillotine transfer door should be lockable in open or closed position .•Two (2) Keeper access doorswith butterfly latches approx. 2-ft. 6-in.W x 6-ft. H (Galvanized). Quarantine 1, 2, & 3/3.1 •Interior Caging Front Panels for Q1 and Q2, both are approx. 6-ft. 1-in. W x 6-ft. 8-in. H, including keeper access doors, approx. 2-ft. 6-in. W x 6-ft. H, with a butterfly latch and a lockable feed chute. •Interior Caging Front Panel for Q3, approx. 6-ft. 8-in. W x 6-ft. 8-in. H, including access keeper door, approx. 2-ft. 6-in. W x 6-ft. H, with a butterfly latch and a lockable feed chute. •Interior Caging Panel between Q3 and Q3.1, approx. 6-ft. 1-in. W x 6-ft. 8-in. H, including keeper access door, approx. 2-ft. 6-in. W x 6-ft. H and a guillotine, animal transfer door. •Interior Roof Panels for Q1, Q2, & Q3.1are all are approx. 6-ft. 1-in. W x 6-ft. 8-in. deep. •Interior Roof Panel for Q3 is 6-ft. 8-in. W x 6-ft. 1-in. deep. •Exterior Caging Front Panels for Q1, Q2, & Q3 are all approx. 6-ft. 2-in. W x 6-ft. 8-in. H, including keeper access door, approx. 2-ft. 6-in. W x 6-ft. H. •Exterior Caging Roof Panels for Q1, Q2, & Q3 are all are approx. 6-ft. 2-in. W x 6-ft. 4-in. deep. •Construction Materials - Cage Fronts, Keeper Doors, and Roof Panels for Interior and Exterior should be constructed of Class I Caging – HSS 2”x2” frames with 2”x2”x1/4” woven wire mesh or pre-approved equivalent. Quarantine Project Requires: •Four (4) Horizontal sliding animal transfer doors, labeled “H” on the drawing (manual, push/pull rod operated), with 24”x36” door opening constructed of 1” thick polypropylene. Interior sliding doors are operated from inside building; exterior sliding doors are operated from the outside. Sliding doors should be able to be locked open or closed with a padlock. •Five (5) Guillotine animal transfer doors, labeled “G” on the drawing (manual, cable operated) with 24”x36” door opening, constructed of 1” thick polypropylene with counterweight operator (Galvanized). All Guillotines are operated from inside building. Guillotine transfer doors should be lockable in open or closed position. •Seven (7) Keeper doors with butterfly latches approx. 2-ft. 6-in. W x 6-ft. H (Galvanized). •Three (3) Stainless steel (type 304, mill finish) feed chutes for interior front. |
