Description

The Project consists of a base bid and one (1) add alternate. The base bid includes sidewalk removal and installation on the south side of Bradford Farms Drive and on the west side of Green Springs Lane. Add Alternate one (1) consists of installing sidewalk along the north side of Bradford Farms Drive. The project includes all work items necessary to complete the project. The City will arrange for tree removal prior to sidewalk construction, and the City will arrange for utility relocation prior to the start of the project. The sidewalk must conform to ADA requirements.
