Lampasas AO Interior Floor Installation

Installation of Interior floors, for the Lampasas Area Office. Services to Include: 1. Install LVT. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Removal and disposal of existing flooring and base. 3. Supply and install minor floor patch 4. Supply and install new luxury vinyl tile-LVT- Secoya C0009 148 Atwell Mill, or equivalent. 5. Supply and install new resilient wall base- Roppe 4” Coved #110 or equivalent. 6. Supply and install new resilient transitions/reduce rs 7. Supply and install new resilient transitions/reducers 8. Remove and reinstall existing furniture. 9. Any door stop that is removed or damaged during installation shall be replaced with equivalent 10. Any door that does not have sufficient clearance shall be removed, cut, and reinstalled to allow for proper operation of the door. 11. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
