118th Wing Bldg 803 HVAC Replacement

Tennessee Air National Guard at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville, TN. Demolish and remove from installation an existing 27 ton HVAC rooftop unit (RTU) from building 803 and install a new 35 ton RTU at same location. Work includes removal of unit, airport crane permit, RTU curb adaptation, natural gas piping, electrical wiring for unit, devices, and controls, direct digital controls, fire alarm devices, and fire alarm panel programming. The Tennessee Air National Guard at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville, TN intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment to demolish and remove from installation an existing 27 ton HVAC rooftop unit (RTU) from building 803 and install a new 35 ton RTU at same location. Work includes removal of unit, airport crane permit, RTU curb adaptation, natural gas piping, electrical wiring for unit, devices, and controls, direct digital controls, fire alarm devices, and fire alarm panel programming. All work done for the Air National Guard will be in accordance with the Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria.
