The City of Miramar, Florida (“City”) is soliciting quotes from responsive, responsible qualified contractor(s) and vendor(s), hereinafter referred to as the Successful Proposer, for a turnkey solution to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for lawn fertilization, herbicide and pesticide services for City Properties requiring fertilization, herbicide and pesticide on multiple occasions throughout the year. These facilities are: Monarch Lakes Park’s grounds at 2150 SW 136 Avenue, Miramar, FL 33027 (irrigated), Flamingo Estates Park (Trilogy Park)’s at 2000 SW 137 Way, Miramar, FL 33027 (Irrigated), Sunset Lakes Community Center’s grounds at 2300 Civic Center Place (irrigated), Silver Shores Park’s grounds at 2801 SW 186th Ave, Miramar, FL 33029 (Irrigated), North Huntington Park’s grounds at SW 148 Terrace, Miramar, FL 33027 (Irrigated), South Huntington Park’s grounds at SW 148 Terrace, Miramar, FL 33027 (Irrigated), Adult Daycare (Irrigated), Fire Station 70 (Irrigated), Miramar Blvd. medians from Douglas Rd. to Palm Ave. (Irrigated), Miramar Blvd. North Easement from Douglas to University Drive (Irrigated), Miramar Blvd. Swales from Douglas Rd. to DuPont Lane to include Buttonwood entrance swales (Irrigated)
