Construction of Two Houses for Community Development Department

**As of June 22, 2023, No bid received for the project. No definite date for the rebid.**  The City of Owensboro is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide new construction, per included plans and attached specifications. Bidders may bid on one or both new construction projects. The successful bidder(s) will construct up to two (2) houses and associated items to all applicable codes and regulations. The houses will be located at 56 Woodford Avenue AND 1535 Herr Avenue, Owensboro, KY. Every request for such interpretation, clarification, or additional information should be in writing addressed to Kalyn Fox, Purchasing Agent, at City Hall (101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303) or emailed to bids@owensboro.org and to be given consideration must be received by Thursday, May 11th, 2023. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be uploaded to the City's vendor registry website at https://purchasing.owensboroky.gov/, for the vendor to download. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
