| Description | Building A 1. Remove all existing deck flooring, step flooring, ramp flooring, and handrail. (Approximately 1860 sq. ft.) 2. Provide labor to install new treated lumber flooring and handrail system. Handrail to be installed in same style as existing handrail. Owner to furnish material 1. Contractor to furnish screws to install all material on deck 2. All new handrail posts to be 4"x 4" Building B and C 1. Remove damaged board and batten siding. ( damaged boards have been marked with orange paint) 2 Replace with 3/4" Rough Sawn cedar or cypress boards. Contractor to furnish material and fasteners Building A 1. Fasteners to be #10 x 3" Star Drive Stainless Steel Screws 2. Screws to be installed flush. DO NOT countersink screws 3.All flooring to be install with no gaps 4. All 4"x 4" posts to be installed with Stainless Steel lag screw with washers Building B and C 1. Siding to be 3/4" board and batten type siding 2. Material to be rough sawn cedar or cypress 3. Fasteners to be galvanized 2 1/2 "siding screw nails. | ||||||
