Description

Construct the DC United Training Site located at Bolen Park in Leesburg, Virginia. The project includes construction necessary to prepare the sub-grade for a future athletic training facility. The site will ultimately be used for the future construction of soccer fields, a training facility building, and associated parking lots. The site contains a segmental block wall and geogrid reinforced soil slopes as well as storm sewer pipes and a sanitary sewer line. The approximate area of disturbance will be 21.5 acres.
