| Description | Qualified vendors to supply all labor, equipment, and materials to install a new EPDM roof over the existing Metal roof on the modular units behind Walker Upper Elementary School. Roof size roughly 56’ 4” X 31’ 1”, 1,751 Square feet. Perform pre-construction meeting to discuss set up, staging area for equipment and loading of the roof, appropriate work hours, safety and production projections. Attach approximately 60 sheets of ½” HD board will be mechanically fastened to existing metal roof. Install a new fully adhered 45 mil EPDM membrane roof system. Provide all flashings and terminations for all transitions, and perimeters. Install new shop fabricated 24 ga. Kynar prefinished metal flashing where necessary. Terminate and flash around (12) vents according to manufacturer’s specifications. Remove and dispose of all job-related debris. |
