Hunting Island State Park Lighthouse Repairs

Per Addendum 1 - Bid Date Extended Repairs to and strengthening of the existing cast iron stair system, installation of new stair brackets, repair and/or replacement of cast iron and other metal elements, envelope repairs to the structure, treating/recoating of iron elements, repainting of the interior and exterior of the lighthouse. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range: $2,000,000 to $2,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
