New Affordable Home Construction Services for Villas de Fortuna, Sunflower and Palm Lake

The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities d/b/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority ("SAHA")) was granted approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to rebuild four single-family home projects known as Mirasol Homes and rebrand as the Westside Reinvestment Initiative (WRI). Currently, Opportunity Home is completing the construction and sale of twenty-five (25) affordable single-family homes in the Villa De Fortuna, Sunflower and Palm Lake Subdivisions. In support of this project, Opportunity Home hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to build the homes listed herein using the Contractor's own home designs and specifications that meet Opportunity Home's Minimum Project Requirements and the design requirements attached herein. Opportunity Home envisions that the Villas de Fortuna, Palm Lake and Sunflower developments will ultimately consist of quality affordable single-family homes supporting redevelopment of the neighborhood.
