Description

The work consists of the demolition and removal of existing walls, doors, flooring, and ceiling, and replacement with new wall configurations and finishes. Work includes removal of asbestos flooring and exterior asbestos fascia panels and the addition of new exterior metal wall panels. Work includes plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services required for the construction of all building work as further outlined by these plans and specifications.
