Description

The term of this contract shall extend from April 17, 2023 through November 17, 2023 and shall be subject to approval of a written construction schedule submitted by the Contractor to the Town prior to the commencement of the work. The project is located on Greenlodge Street in Dedham, MA. The limit of work extends along Greenlodge Street, from its intersection with Sprague Street and its intersection with Colwell Drive (South). The Work consists of the following, but not limited to, construction of new HMA sidewalk with vertical granite curbing, relocation of various stormwater infrastructure, the reconfiguration of the geometry for 2 intersections, construction of concrete pedestrian curb ramps and installation of various pavement markings.
