5th Street and Bennett Avenue Storm Drain and Road Improvements

1. Schedule A - Street Improvements a. Work includes new asphalt concrete pavement, aggregate base, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, access ramps, driveway, striping, roadway excavation, pavement removal, concrete removal, demolition work and other miscellaneous items. 2. Schedule B - Storm Drain Improvements a. Remove and replace approximately 55 lineal feet of 12-inch storm drain line, 128 lineal feet of 8-inch storm drain line, rehabilitation of one (1) manhole, four (4) new catch basins, and related work items. 3. Schedule C - Box Culvert Repair a. Repair of two (2) each circumferential cracks in Mill Slough box culvert which open longitudinally. The opening is approximately 1-inch wide.
