| Description | This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the management of repairs to the water distribution system, utilities, and site improvements at the Trumbull Correctional Institution (TCI) located at 5701 Burnett Road, Leavittsburg, Ohio 44430 in Trumbull County. The scope of work is expected to include, but not limited to the following: Repairs to water tower and underground utility lines. Resurfacing all parking areas, roadways, and main entrance. Replacing pedestrian walkways within the fence areas. Replacement / repairs to stormwater drainage around the housing units. Replacement to concrete pads within the dock areas. |
