Additions and Renovations to Senior Centers

The project will include limited demolition of certain site features, existing exterior window, door, and wall components, limited interior walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, and other related features. Once the demolition work is completed modifications to the site and building will include upgrades to the existing site accessible parking spaces, limited landscaping, building addition, new exterior windows and doors, repair and painting exterior metal roof and wall panel systems, new interior walls, new interior finishes and the installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems/components.
