Wastewater Replacement for the Lift Station No. 6 Sub-Basin 6A and Sub-Basin 6B / Phase 2

The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of the Wastewater Replacement for the Lift Station No. 6 Sub-Basin 6A and Sub-Basin 6B – Phase 2 project. This project entails the replacement of approximately 4,750 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch to 12-inch wastewater line within Lift Station 6, Sub-Basin 6A and approximately 3,890 LF of 6-inch to 10-inch wastewater line within Sub-Basin 6B. The wastewater line within both sub-basins are intended to be installed by pipe bursting methods and open cut where realignment is required. The project includes manhole and service connection replacements as necessary. The project includes the open cut installation of new lateral leads for the lateral connections with clean outs to the property line along Plantation Drive, Post Oak Street, Yew Street, Cedar Street, Cedar Court, Sycamore Street, Peach Street, Garland Street, Talisman Street, Heather Lane, Forest Oaks Lane and behind several commercial development along Plantation Drive. The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of all sanitary sewer pipeline, sanitary sewer lateral connections and pipeline, manhole installations, cleanout installations, manhole rehabilitation, existing sanitary pipeline removal and/or abandonment, existing manhole removal and/or abandonment, pavement replacement, concrete and asphalt driveway pavement replacement, sidewalk replacement, connection of existing sanitary sewer connections to the proposed or existing manholes, sodding, hydromulch, post- and pre- cleaning and CCTV of the existing lines, and tree removal/replacement.
