Description The pavilion is located at 430 Manhattan Road, East Grand Rapids, MI 49506. The pavilion is located in a public park and has public access. The pavilion is roughly 50 feet at its widest diameter and is comprised of metal support beams, both posts and joists, a paneled wood ceiling and a metal cupola with sky light. The pavilion has one outlet and one ceiling light. The work to be done includes: cleaning the metal and wood surfaces, preparing each surface for paint by removing loose paint, rust and debris, including the cupola; painting with the primers and paints appropriate for each metal or wood surface; protecting the wet painted surfaces from the public; and any clean up from the cleaning, surface preparation or painting processes. The posts, joists and ceiling are to be painted a matching light grey color and the cupola is to be painted a white that matches the metal roof. Both paint colors are to be approved by a representative of the City before applied
