The work shall include, but not be limited to, concrete replacement, including asphalt and concrete removal where necessary, subgrade preparation, excavation of existing gravel and soil, adjustment of sewer line manholes, concrete and asphalt patching placement and backfill as appropriate, asphalt patching (HMA), traffic control, erosion control and tree protection, at each selected alley where work is performed. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the concrete repairs required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
