Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to replace the existing chiller and with a York brand name or equal model YCAL0028EE scroll chiller for brine application, R410A, 460-3-60 90-amp max service, control transformer, single point non fused disconnect with lockable handle. Across the line starter TEAO fan motors, low sound fans, 3/4-inch-thick insulation of evaporator, service valves, low/high ambient kit, louvered enclosure panels, BAS interface BACNET.
