Edloe Street Storage Yard This project consists of two phases and requires a) the delivery of a fully designed and engineered storage yard, in concert with the preferred design and b) the construction of the storage yard to include: engineered concrete foundations support wall system; a twelve (12) foot in height metal panel wall as a perimeter with access provided by a single metal roll-up door and a single hollow metal door; feeder road access provided via a new driveway apron; concrete slab area and site work to include clearing and grubbing, minor grading, and excavation for the required foundations.
