Existing cover plates are laying on top of water heater. Install an Electrical Disconnect and Romex Connection for water heater. All HVAC units shall be installed as specified. Mechanical permits will be required for all HVAC work. All split system Heat pumps installed to be 15 SEER or greater, 8.5 HSPF or greater. All package system Heat pumps installed to be 15.0 SEER or greater, 8.2 HSPF or greater. All heating & cooling equipment must be energy star equivalent and shall be sized according to the latest editions of ACCA Manuals J and S. Specification of any type of unit shall be taken to include all connections to existing wiring terminations, connecting to existing ducting and line sets and any safety switches, condensate pumps. Asphalt Shingles - Replacement: Apply 15# felt underlayment, (or synthetic felt underlayment) and 225# self-sealing, 25-year shingles. Install all roof material as specified by the manufacturer. Shingles applied to low sloped roofs (less than 4/12 pitch) must have ice and water shield applied under all the shingles and have no more than 3" shingle tab exposure. Use ice and water shield by TAMPKO and follow manufacturer's directions to install.
