The project will be located at 2710 Exposition Boulevard Austin, TX 78703. The project consists of demolition of existing school and the rebuilding of a two story 92,864 sf new school. The campus will be occupied during construction, so the project will be executed in multiple phases. Work included consist of; demolition, abatement, site concrete paving, slabs and foundations, retaining walls, masonry, metal wall panels, structural steel, erection, steel handrails, rough carpentry, waterproofing, MDF roofing, metal wall panels, insulation, aluminum storefront, doors and glazing, drywall, acoustical, paint, LVT, polished concrete, carpet, wood flooring, sealed concrete, epoxy flooring, sports flooring, specialties, division 10, stage curtains and lighting, residential appliances, kitchen equipment, blinds and shades, casework, millwork, elevators, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting protection, div 27 and 28.
