As-Needed Tent, Canopy, and Modular Structure

Larimer County is planning to enter into a contract with one or more vendor(s) to provide tents, canopies, or modular structures (resources) rental services on an as-needed bases. Most resources will be needed during an emergency or disaster and will be requested by Larimer County Office of Emergency Management (EOC). The EOC will specify the exact delivery location. Delivery locations may be anywhere throughout Larimer County and quick delivery response will be needed. These resources will be used for the purpose of, but not be limited to, emergency sheltering, warming, incident command posts, points of distribution, basecamps, staging areas, food service, showers, toilets, laundry, hygiene, sleeping, security, medical facilities, etc. All systems must also be able to accommodate temporary power and HVAC. NOTE: All parts of the proposal should be combined and submitted as one (1) single .pdf file and one (1) single Excel file as indicated below; proposals comprised of multiple separate files or not as directed below are not acceptable and may be rejected. Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act ("CORA"), see page 2 for additional information. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer's original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.
