Project scope is the renovation of a 43-unit Multi-residential apartment complex with Community Building with site work. There are 34 one-bedroom units, and 8 two-bedroom units plus an office, laundry, maintenance/storage space and a two-bedroom manager's apartment. All interested parties must contact the project architect directly to receive addendums and be considered as a certified bidder. Construction is anticipated to begin May 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
