• Demo IN PLACE approximately 34,756 sq. ft. Concrete Correctional Facility and 4 Frame Modular Units approx. 1,500 sq. ft. each and all nonattached structures. • Disconnect all sewer lines at the exterior of the building and cap off to ensure no leakage. • Disconnect all water lines back to the meter and cap except for the lines described below. • Backflow preventer on the west side of building-leave backflow preventer, hydrant and valve, the rest of preventer comes out. Backflow preventer on the northeast side of property-take all the blue portion going north and leave the orange portion on the south side. Fire Hydrants stay. • Existing Lift Station to remain. • The west roadway asphalt and curbing stays. The east roadway asphalt and curbing stays to approximately 35' South of Property Line. The rest of the asphalt, curbing and concrete is removed. • Water Tower fence stays, the rest of the fencing all goes. • Remove Monument sign and perimeter lighting out front, north side. • Concrete Drainage Flumes on the south side stay. • Remove any electric or light poles left on the property. • See Exhibit “A” for reference. • Travel/Haul Route from Demo site will be Bob Phillips Road east to Clower Lane, south to Clower Street East, west to Highway 17 S. See Exhibit “B” for route. • No concrete crushing on site. • Trees can remain. • County will remove and retain the Transfer Switch. • County will remove and retain the Sally Port Gates on the North side of facility
