Cherokee School and Clarcona Elementary School Multi-System Renewal Project

LDB participation goa - 10.00% VBE participation goal - 3.00% Qualified professional engineering firm to provide services of a specified nature as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said Contract being attached hereto, said services consisting of providing architectural and engineering services for the Cherokee School and Clarcona Elementary School Multi-System Renewal project. The specified services shall include all types and manner of professional services required for scope development, design and construction administration for the project, as required and directed by the District. The renovation of Cherokee School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select structural repairs, reroofing, replacement of intercom, and addition of an elevator for ADA access to the 2nd floor. The renovation of Clarcona Elementary School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select roofing replacement/renewal, windows and exterior painting, various interior finishes, mechanical equipment replacement, electrical power to support mechanical equipment and low voltage installations
