Description

Installation of Controlled Low-Strength Material (CLSM) and/or Structural Concrete under the slab and walls to stabilize the Spillway from undermining, including all material and equipment required to complete the project All questions shall be directed to Larry D. Gowler, Jr. at HMG Engineers, Inc. at 618-526-9611 or lgowler@hmgengineers.com. The plans show emergency repair of undermining of the spillway crest and chute. All other conditions for Permit 20380 remain in force
