RFP Design - Interstate Operations Building Renovation Project

The Interstate Operations Building, located at 1900 N. Interstate Ave., Portland, Oregon is home to Water Bureaus Operations Division which provides support services required to operate the City of Portland's potable water delivery system at a central location. Built in 1991, this two-story building houses the water quality laboratory and other operational and maintenance programs. The building is base isolated, will remain essentially in its current configuration and will remain operational during construction. The Portland Water Bureau requests written proposals from qualified individuals, firms, teams or consultants for design building envelope and mechanical system improvements for the Interstate Operations Building Renovation Project. Questions and requests for clarification regarding this Request for Proposal must be directed in writing, via email, to the person listed below. The deadline for submitting such questions/clarifications is seven (7) days prior to the proposal due date. An addendum will be issued no later than 72 hours prior to the proposal due date to all recorded holders of the QBS-RFP if a substantive clarification is in order.
