Clinch Avenue Shortline Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement

Description of Work: CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials not furnished by the OWNER, equipment and incidentals as required for rehabilitation/installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 8-inch via CIPP; approximately 586 LF of 8-inch via Pipe Bursting; Replacement of 3 4-foot diameter precast manholes; 60 VF of cementitious lining of 4-foot diameter manholes; and approximately 35 sewer laterals to be reinstated via open cut, CIPP Lateral Lining and/or Cut and Buff. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities.
