Description

The Project consists of constructing an overlook with seating area and decorative panels with views over the Grand Marais Marina. Work includes concrete footing, concrete foundation walls, earthwork, concrete paving (broom and exposed aggregate finish), concrete stairs, wood arbor, steel fabrication, powder coat steel finishing, timber benches, steel railings, custom cut decorative steel panels, and landscape.
