Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services

Project Location: 422 North Main Street, Tulsa, OK 74103 If the bid exceeds $50,000, a cashier's check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. The certified or cashier's check must be delivered to the Owner's (Construction and Properties) Offices prior to the Bid Opening; other bid securities may be uploaded during the completion of online electronic bidding. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. The State reserves the right to hold the bid security of the three (3) lowest Bidders until the successful Bidder has executed the contract and furnished the required bonds and proof of insurance.
