Determining, Designing, and Implementing a Short and Long-Term Road and Sidewalk Evaluation and Reconstruction Program

Provided consist of the following: 1. Using the City`s Road System Management Software (RSMS), (last updated in 2018), provide a complete inventory of all roads and sidewalks to include assessments of current condition, remaining life expectancy, timing option for addressing needed work and estimated costs of repairs for each. 2. Recommend a repair and maintenance program for streets and sidewalks to be addressed over an initial three-year period. 3. Prepare plans, specifications and bid documents, and conduct procurement processes in compliance with the City`s Procurement Ordinance for road and sidewalk projects as called for. 4. Provide project management services to oversee the work performed by contractors. 5. Assist the City in creating a long-term plan for the maintenance and repair of all City roads and sidewalks.
