| Description | The project consists of removal and replacement of existing shingles, removal and replacement of discovered rotted plywood decking and any deteriorated or rusted metal decking. Installation of proper flashing around existing sky lights and all other roof penetrations. Roof crickets shall be constructed on the high end of each roof top system. Removal and replacement of EPDM membrane in valley of east side of building roof. Existing roof drain system shall be modified to meet all current building codes. |
