| Description | The School Board of HCS of Hampton is seeking bids from responsible and responsive bidders to provide the installation and removal of cabinetry and woodwork on an as-needed basis A notice to proceed will be issued for each assignment under this contract. Each assignment shall have a set time for commencement of the work of fifteen (15) days and a set number of days for completion of the work. Failure to complete the work under the contract within the set number of days shall result in Liquidated Damages of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per day. |
