Description

This project consists of a new 2 story, Career Technology Education and Workforce Facility which will have Nursing and Health Science classrooms, labs, administration space, workforce training space, a testing center, and a large meeting space. This facility will be developed on the existing Northwest Community College Desoto Campus and will also include sitework and utility infrastructure. This project is being funded by an EDA grant and will have to follow the requirements of the U.S. Department of Commerce. See specifications for additional requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bid from a responsive responsible and qualified Bidder. Should no award be made within sixty (60) calendar days after opening of proposals, all proposals may be rejected and all proposal guaranties returned, unless the lowest responsive responsible qualified bidder, at the request of the Owner, agrees in writing to a longer delay. The bidders' attention is also called to the Minority/Women Business Participation requirements contained in the Project Specifications.
