Pavement and Curb Maintenance

Facilities/Transportation Building, 72-74 Harrison Avenue, South Glens Falls, NY There is a section of the front parking lot that is permeable pavement and is not to be sealed. This area only needs to have the (100) parking spaces re-striped. The rest of the pavement is heavy duty pavement that needs to be cleaned, crack filled, sealed and lined. There is striping for (65) buses and striping around the fuel tank and fuel island. The pavement to be sealed is 112,830 sq. ft. The curbs need to be painted traffic yellow, approximately (100) ft. of six inch curb. Harrison Avenue Elementary, 76 Harrison Avenue, South Glens Falls, NY There is (66,000) sq. ft. of pavement to be cleaned, crack filled, sealed and lined. There are approximately (70) parking spaces and (8) bus slots to be lined and the bus slots have markings in each one. There is (150) feet of six inch curb to paint. Moreau Elementary, 76 Bluebird Road, South Glens Falls, NY There is (56,000) sq.ft. of pavement to be cleaned, crack filled, sealed and lined. There are (55) parking spaces and (8) bus slots to be lined and the bus slots have markings in each one. There is (150) ft. of six inch curb to be painted. Ballard Road Elementary, 300 Ballard Road, Wilton, NY The main parking lot is not going to be resurfaced but the roadway and walkway to the west end of the building and the East side lower parking lot and roadway/walkway will need to be done. The East side lower parking lot and the associated entryway and walkway (31,113) sq.ft. will need to be cleaned, crack filled, sealed and the (60) parking space lot striped. The Roadway on the West side and the walkway (8,870) sq.ft. need to be cleaned, crack filled and sealed. There are no markings on the pavement. Senior High School, 42 Merritt Road, South Glens Falls, NY The rear Faculty parking lot including the road way out to Merritt Road and the Dumpster area (87,300) sq. ft. needs to be cleaned, crack filled, and sealed. There are (120) parking spaces to be striped, (450) ft. of six inch curb to be painted and road markings on the roadway to Merritt Road.
