| Description | Bid information may be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office, Municipal Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J. during regular business from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Town's website Bids for said Contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications. Each bid must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be addressed to the Town of West New York and plainly marked "Curbside Recycling Collection" Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids, in accordance with applicable law. |
