Description

The initial 2023 contract period is effective from approximately July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Subsequent contract periods will be the same, July 1st through June 30th Contract is subject to approval of funding after 1 July of each fiscal year. The Town reserves the right to cancel any item upon 20 days notice to the Contractor. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified bid security check in the amount of $5,000.00, made payable to the Town of Fairfield. No bid will be accepted unless it is accompanied by said check.
