Description | The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the Administration Building restrooms to meet ADA requirements and building code compliance, and the addition of a Family Restroom. Work will include upgrading of fixtures; replacement of original lead and galvanized piping, new waste and vent piping; fin tube heating, room ventilation, and lighting systems, flooring, acoustic ceilings, bathroom partitions and associated finishes.
