Generator model numbers 750-ODFZ-4XR/20092C S/N 780367586 and 780367587 1.Install new control panel 2.Install new voltage regulator 3.Install new wiring harnesses -(Regulators Harness Custom Built. For wall mounting of panels) 4.Install new governor control system and upgrade P> T. system to electronic EFC 5.Fuel System PT Pump and control 6.Install and Start up 7.4 hour 100% Load Test. Components required to upgrade the engine/generator controls. This does not include custom parts and programing that is needed. Onan 750 750 DKZ Generators, 1) Cummings 3062322 speed controller. 2) Cummings 3063683 wiring harness. 3) Cummings A040H852 power command upgrade kit. 4) Cummings 338-3202 wiring harness. 5) Cummings 300-4613 interconnection box. 6) Cummings 300-4622-07 wiring harness. 7) Cummings 3279629 fuel injection pump. 8) Cummings 300-4632 engine control board. 9) Cummings A040N964 control kit. Each generator needs to be tested after completion of the upgrade for approximately four hours underload. There maybe some custom work and parts involving wiring ,running new conduit ,and programming of controllers.
