The generator will be placed atop a concrete pad and foundation that is designed and stamped by a Wyoming Engineer, extends below the frost line, and connected to Town Hall utilizing flexible connections. Questions received after Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. There will be an addendum issued for this project.
