| Description | Replacement of an existing emergency generator with a new 100% capacity generator at 1407 NW 7 th St Miami, Florida 33125. Contractor is to remove the existing emergency generator and install a new generator as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Contractor shall supply necessary labor, materials and equipment for the total completion of the work, and must provide all documents to obtain the required permit in accordance with Building Codes. Contractor is responsible for the disposal of the removed debris every day and daily cleans up of the affected areas for this work, etc. All work shall be performed in the best standards of workmanship and shall be in accordance with Florida Building Code, all national, state, county, and municipal codes, rules, guidelines, regulations and departments having jurisdiction.
