Description

The Braintree Electric Light Department (or “BELD”) invites bids from qualified bidders for quarterly preventative maintenance inspections of various HVAC systems for Braintree Electric Light Department, and any service call related issues on said equipment. The successful bidder will be granted a two-year contract. BELD, at its discretion, shall have the option to grant the successful bidder an extension for one year. Prices shall remain firm during the contract term and for any extension and the conditions of the contract shall remain the same
